    Wow....

They cut a lot of corners with Bruticus.

He's pretty much a flop but I'll still get the Combaticons for "novelty purposes" as one person said.

But Shockwave gets the gold metal.

    Prime and Jazz? Meh.

    So 6 out of 8.

....6 out of 9 if you (dis)count Bruticus.

Bruticus I feel is being designed to be a fun toy to play with as well as looking good - Ra88 was showing me a picture earlier that seems to show he's got hands on Swindle and Brawl, so full limb switching is a possibility.

As for the 40 - expect a few reuses / recolors in there. I'll be generous and suggest we're looking at 20 new toys and 20 recolors / remolds - though that also covers stuff like a new mold WfC / FoC Starscream, reused as Thundercracker and Skywarp, and a WfC / FoC Ironhide, reused as Ratchet. Trailcutter, and a Hoist out of him, are also very likely.

That is how I see it happening. I'll be surprised if it is 40 completely new toys - I expect that counts recolors and reuses, and maybe a range of Cyberverse too. Not that that is a bad thing - a couple of Legion FoC Autobots might look good against Bruticus.
