just something i'd like to note, this year's toyfair has something different going for it. it's the first year(since Beast Wars/Machines, AFAIK) that the upcoming TF lines aren't coming out first in Japan, so new molds are gonna be new molds to all of us. BT is in subspace, there's really no other line running save the end of GF/Cybertron, so the Neo/Classic G1s and Movie Toys, and yes Alternators, are all going to be actual new.

the lack of prototypes might just mean they've managed to crackdown better on them.

I'm hoping there will be something on the "Classics" BUT.... isn't toy fair supposed to be for the first 3 quarters of the year? Classics might be after that.

That's goofy. Over half of all toy sales are 4Q. Why not solicit for the holidays as well??

Q4 wouldn't start until October 1, and accoding to the Target listings (which admitably, are not renowned for reliability this early on) the Classic line is due for the shelves August 4. So for the fun of speculation, let's assume that the 8/4 release is close to being accurate, that means that wave 1, 1.5, and maybe even 2 should be shown.

That means that Megatron, Starscream and probably Prime, Jazz, and a few others (please let Sideswipe be in there) should be shown.
