I just wonder, who reads the Jem comic?

 

1st pic is good art. 2nd pic looks like the artist was planning to do one more layer of colors but run out of time? It also needs more wrench.

Also, Snake Thighs has already been done. The James Bond villain Xenia Onatopp.  

New Snake Eyes is a-ok if old Snake Eyes is now Silent Master. Torches get passed, and if it is done in the right way it can be good, like in Batman Beyond. It can also be done abysmally like in The Last Jedi.

 

This guy gets it! Seriously my nephew's six and just discovered the franchise.. and his sister loves the cartoons too. I'm always looking to hook her up with positive female rolemodels, and sometimes they turn into cars, and a jet. Missed out on getting her a Windblade for X-Mukkah this year.

 

The Jem comic is great, lots of fun. It was pretty well-received and was probably instrumental in getting the writer a ton of work at Marvel now, which has also been excellent.

 

Okay I can't hold this in any longer, but when I first saw Lug, I thought she was suppose to be kid bot. I mean her face looks very youthful and her optics are larger then the other bots. Not only that, but she's short in stature ( then again short adults exist and they're not childern). Her helm reminds me of a baseball cap. I seriously thought she was the human equivalent of a 10-12 year old and Anode was a like a big sister or mother to her.

 

Chrismukah is the supreme holiday and windblade is a delightful action figure for lil’ babbies who grew up femme.

I got a wee niece who, among all my goofy collection, espied tr windblade, BH arcee, and Slash in that order, and couldnt get enough of them. Dinosaurs were obvious top of the heirarchy but so were high femmes and it just seems churlish to pronounce otherwise

 

Sigh not even 1 female decepticon in there?

 

Which one do you need? I might have a spare around here.

 

How many there weren't in the first IDW Generation besides Airachnid?

Maybe next year, this year she's getting a "Marvel Secret Warriors" Unbeatable Squirrel Girl doll.

OK, no problem. I have scores of Windblades and more than happy to part with one for a parent looking for a gift for their kid.  

 

That's one of the things I like about Cyberverse that I hope makes its way into the new IDW series. In the first IDW continuity, I think Nickel and Swift were the only female cons, unless Airachnid had a faction symbol I missed.

Right on! This figurine is still the best non-TF thing I've bought from a store overseas. Got lucky on a blindbag from Target.

 

Some of the articulated ponies they put out for the Guardians of Magic line are pretty sweet.

I sometimes wonder where we'd be today if MLP had been devised as a boys line and Transformers a girls line. Like, what conceptual differences would we be seeing? Princess Optima?
