Hasn't been released in ROTF packaing, but already released oversees in Universe Packaging.

I think BBTS.com are stocking it in Universe packaging(?)

For future reference, it's generally best not to bump old news and rumors threads if it's just to ask a question... your question would be better suited to toy discussion.

Work a bit of mod magic, and *boom* new thread in TF Toy discussion.

That's the preferred way to ask a question, instead of bumping up old news threads.

To answer your question, I have no idea. I assumed they were both coming at the same time, but I've not heard of any sightings on this one.

Bruticus and Superion got split up for their Target release. Superion's basically "wave 1" of Target's exclusive combiners, with Bruticus to be released later as "wave 2."

I'm starting to think we will never see him.

I have been checking all sighting threads, even in states other than my own, and no one is posting sightings.

Funny thing is, someone showed a receipt recently saying he got him, and I remember the first weekend the ROTF toys came out, someone posted a pic of Bruticus sitting on the shelf.

Outside of those, I have little hopes he will ever be seen. Targets I have called all said the DPCI for Superion, or TFA MV2 Combiner, has been discontinued. What does that mean?

I saw it for one day only in a target (foster city CA) sometime in July on a Friday. There were about 5 of them when I saw them at lunch time and then they were all gone the next day. I am not sure when Bruticus will show up in large numbers.

Google all you want, Target.com has no mention of it anywhere. Maybe next month. I hope Bruticus doesn't become another Cosmos/Warpath/Wheelie.

I have been checking the Target website daily and still no listing. They have Superion listed, but not yet on Bruticus.

I'm fairly certain we've heard September as the release date all along, just that some targets jumped the gun.

As with most of the ROTF crap, Hasbro's probably sent it to the warehouses already; its the individual retailers that haven't gotten around to putting them on shelves.
