"your worthless mecha-life depends on it soundwave"? megs would never treat his most loyal subject like that
ye i swear they got him mixed up with starscream also they refer to soundwave has only having one cassette seems as though it doesnt transform its pretty strange
I own a couple of them still. Earl Hammond (Mumm-Ra on Thundercats) voices Megatron in a few of them. Steve-O's TF site has complete scans and audio from the entire collection: Transformers Book Scans Here's my favorite unintentionally-naughty image from one of them: http://www.physics.ohio-state.edu/~sstoneb/tf/books/kidstuff/satellite/satellite-c2.jpg
Heh, some of those old books and tapes/records are great looking back. It's also a bit fun to see pre-cartoon storytelling. I know it's for small children who are learning to read, but the redundancy makes me grin. "Location co-ordinates", "Ends, finished forever", etc. The voices and card art is also fun. I'm not sure if I had any of those listed, but I do remember the He-man ones, which if I'm not mistaken, had the same narrator.
Those are from the UK Ladybird books. I still have some of them around somewhere.. if anyone is interested shoot me a PM!
