They've been around for years and years, but they're well known for being among the slowest sellers in the business. It's why I never ordered from them, taking upwards of a month or more to fulfill my order is ridiculous. There's no excuse.

Looks like their practices haven't changed.

I know the guy. Good guy by the way but he is very busy. It is a one man store. Sadly his place was robbed so he is busy dealing with that and work.

I've dealt with them in person at TFcon and Botcon and they seemed like really nice guys. A great selection of knockoffs.

Don't know about their shipping habits, but yeah (^^^), seems they've got a good reason.

I bought from them years ago and got my product no problem. However did you acutally read everything he states on his ordering page:
    ORDER

Two things that caught my eye:

If you feel you need to know more about me before dealing with me feel free to Click here to check references at ebay. I never RIPPED ANYONE OFF nor will I! My primary focus is filmmaking and as such I am often off on shoots- that is why I am only able to fill orders infrequently. Some people don't understand that.

The P.O. Box is checked ONLY once every month. Toy Hell ships out orders ONLY once every month. Therefore you may have to wait as long as 59 days for your order to ship plus the time during which your package is in transit.

The guy is very clear that ordering from him is a slow process man. Guess your gonna have to be patient. You should really read all the info on a site before you order

I've ordered from him before but yeah, very slow. Wasn't a huge deal for me since I was in no hurry. Took me almost a month to get my stuff but it all got here in one piece.

you. Why should the name of an online retailer bother you? Its just a name. Arent we living in the 21st century? Does the word "hell" bother your religious sensitivities that much?

that is a legitimate issue. However the owner does acknowledge that issue. He doesnt correct it but he does tell you what's up with the delay. Performance and customer service are issues to address, not the name of something.

why? its just a word? H-E- double hockey sticks is a word that has been accepted into the modern vernacular. it doesnt have the same negative connotations as it did in the past. yes I grant you that the word has a dodgy definition but again its just a word and does not mean anything in the context of toys. Does using the word "hell" make him a bad person? or have some ties to some cult or worshipers? No.

Grow up people. again the only thing that matters is how he runs his business, not what he decided to call it.

I know of a great hamburger restaurant in northern california called "Murder Burger" they changed the name later to "Redrum Burger" but regardlessm, their burgers are FANTASTIC and I prefer the original name. I think it is hilarious.

No, it doesn't bother my religious sensitivities at all. Did I ever say anything about that? My point was that "hell" does not usually translate to "good business", does it? For example, assuming you know what "living hell" means, bad things.

Yes, it is easy to remember, but that doesn't mean I would go to it. Nor would I ever go to this "Murder Burger" place.

Is English not your first language, Solscud? Only "hell" is not usually taken to mean anything good.
