If so, how is their customer service? I'm thinking about ordering something, but I've never heard of them, so I want to hear from people who have before decide.
Used Ryan years ago. He had pretty good prices, yet you had to pay up front for everything [or, at the most, within 2 weeks]. Never had a problem with him besides the fact that everything was, and still is, in e-mail format. He never got around to upgrading his site at all.
honest guy, pretty much one man operation so communication can be a bit slow, pretty good discounts if you catch preorders in time, because they come and close months before other retailers. for preorders you'll need to pay a deposit, i think either 1/3 or 1/2 of the total costs, for absolute cheapest shipping let him know you want the bare minimum packing/padding and no insurance/tracking. i don't know if he has a 'return policy' for defects and what not since he's just one guy and i don't know if he's able to eat the loss like other retailers.
Really nice guy but as others have said he's a one man operation so he can be pretty slow to respond and ship (this isn't his full time job). If there is a problem you will have to pay for the shipping to and back as I've had in the past (MP Black Rodimus Convoy was broken) as he's just one guy and not a big reseller. Randy
