this thread has probably been done before. i personally cant seem to find it, so i decided to start it.(again?) whats the hardest transformer to transform? i have three choices (no order) tftm leader prime tftm ironhide SWTF supreme darth vader. i cant ever get the pices to stay in place
Not sure if I would qualify it as hard but the legs going to alt mode on the Alt Subaru mold always gives me fits.

In my opinion it would have to be my Universe Sunstreaker, cause when I transform him, i'm always afraid of breaking him. On a serious note it would be hands down M.P. Megatron. for the simple fact of just being very time consuming...I mean seriously how long does Takara think I can make my transforming sound effect.
Hardest for me is getting TFTM Longarm into truck mode properly. His front section just won't come together!
lol! and i agree, im gonna have to say MP megs too.. very time consuming, and quite hard to transform.. for a deluxe, universe galvy is also very hard.. i had a nightmare putting him back into tank mode.. movie ironhide can be a bitch too
You know when I get a deluxe T.F. I try to transform it as many times as possible, so that it becomes second nature. Galvy really isn't that diificult once you get the tricks down packed...I've gotten my sound effect just under 40 sec., with deluxe ( should've been voyager or leader... but I ain't hate'n) Galvy.
