what would you guys consider the hardest TF to find out of all them. And i'm not talking about Lucky Draws or any exclusives. Regular G1 japanese, american or european as long as its G1. no white headdmasters either guys.

I think for me its going to be the canadian red slag and the MB misb red tracks. anybody got any thoughts. oh and the shuffler.

Being a collector that only tried to find stuff that was in the American catalogs and not the obscure stuff/weird colour variants, it took me a hell of a long time to find a Horri-Bull. Seems like the '87 and up stuff gets harder to find.

Gah! I'm out. White Shuffler haunts my dreams.
    :)

Seriously, though--with the advent of eBay, YJ and other places, I can't think of a general release TF I haven't seen at least a few times in the last ten years. Even stuff considered to be super rare--Headmaster heads, Dinocassettes--are out there and fairly available if you do your homework.

Maybe the Euro Turbomasters in their Japanese packaging from Operation Combination? I think I've only seen those once.

Ah... so I suppose you'd have to file those under "unknown" for most people, as opposed to actually being terribly rare.

I'm at a loss, then. I can list stuff that took a while to find personally (Japanese Firecons, Ultra Pretenders, TM Scourge), but that's not all that meaningful.

ah, check my ebay page then.

I'm going to stick to my guns and say the Milton Bradley MISB red tracks is argueably the hardest figure to obtain.

Red Tracks are not that hard to find, I got two from Europe like a year before it was re-released, and they were the Transformer version, not the diaclone, the diaclone red Tracks is the easiest to find.

the reason why i say a MISB red tracks is because anyone can throw an ehobby or a diaclone in a mb box and say, there it is, a mb red tracks. but then i guess you'd have to look at the colors of the missile launchers and the missles themselves and check the copyright info. i think the gig diaclone is the closest to the mb tracks it think.

My guess would be the Monstructor with all the rubber animals. I had those when I was a kid. They were so cheap and the only ones my parents could afford. Now they're supposed to be wicked expensive.

Any TF that I happen to be on the hunt for at any given moment.
