    Hey all

It is with great sadness I must offer up some of my G1 prototype collection for sale. I am getting married in May and still have a mountain of wedding bills to pay. Whats available is a full set of series 2 minibot painted hardcopy prototypes. So thats Warpath, Powerglide, Seaspray, Cosmos and Beachcomber. They are all hand painted, you can see in places where the paint is chipped they are a clear resin underneath. Several have hand drawn faces. These smooth faces can be seen on the instructions for each character on their cardbacks. As can other details such as Warpaths smoother tracks, the instructions were obviously drawn from these prototypes.

All are complete. Warpaths barrel is detached but I have the broken resin piece that held it on. Also one of his tank tracks frequently falls off. Powerglides wings have warped slightly with age. Seaspray is mint. Cosmos is assembled slightly wrong, the indent for his face is on the back. Beachcomber has 1 wheel that detaches, he is also tricky to stand up.

I am asking $6,000 USD for the set of 5 + shipping. Payment will only be accepted by bank transfer. Please no flaming comments about my asking price. These are one of a kind prototypes and the very first Transformers Hasbro would have prototyped (As all other toys were old Diaclone/Microman stock) Remember that lucky draws frequently sell for over $1,000 each and the Gold MP Prime sells for over 6k. If they do not sell as a set I may split them and ebay each individually.

    PM me any questions, thanks

    Nice pieces of TF history...

....but why, why, WHY do people go crazy with weddings and either have to sell off their stuff or start their new lives together in extreme debt just to pay for them. I just don't get it.

Awesome pieces there...Beachcomber would be cool since G1 Beachcomber was my first Transformer. Maybe if PCH shows up at my house, but otherwise, good luck on your sale and wedding, and congrats to whomever wins this set!

Wedding bill is roughly £19,000 currently, thats around $27k USD

Not including honeymoon which is another 5 grand odd

Both sets of parents have helped us out loads but still plenty of bills to pay!

Amazingly, I'm getting married same weekend as Botcon, what are the odds!?!

Thanks for all your good wishes

Because getting married, if your doing it right, is like on of the most important decisions you will make in your life. Think about it, on that day your saying that you will spend the rest of your life with that person no matter what. How can you say that if your not willing to sell your toys to do it right or maybe buy a house for your new wife.
