dear mom, even though you left dad for a younger man who in turn the young man left you for a jailbait. even though you torment my little sister like Joan Crawford in Mommy dearest. even though you told my younger sister that you love me more then her. even though i yell and insult you for poor reasons. it was you who stuck by me in the hospital room ordering the med staff to get off their lazy asses and force them to ignore a woman in labor to help heal my broken body and clean my bloody face. heres a random yellow rose i got at a flowershop downtown.
Things my Mom taught me: 1.Religion - "You better PRAY that comes out of that rug, boy!" 2.Logic - "Because I said so!" or "If everyone jumped off a roof, would you?" 3.Conservation - "Close that door! I'm not heating up the neighborhood!" 4.Inevitability - "Wait until your father gets home!" 5.Patience - "Sit down and be quiet!" 6.A love for travel - "Get out of my sight!" 7.Individuality - "This will hurt you ALOT more than it hurts me!" So thanks, Mom. For all you've taught me. Happy Mother's Day.
