Ocarina of time still is my favorite all time game, I hope the new zelda games can top that.

I still take time at least once a year to play the original NES game.

I sucked at the Zelda games.
The only one I ever got far in was the first game, in which I was only missing one piece to the Tri Force...

Seconded. Though Wind Waker was the last Zelda game I enjoyed, but imo ALTTP is still king. Not too excited for future Zelda games after the little issue with Twilight Princess/Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks.

The Wind Waker is pretty much my favorite game ever. Happy birthday dear fictional characters.

The original Legend of Zelda is my favorite game of all time. I even have it on the original Famicom disk system. The series has produced nothing but incredibly deep and fantastic games from day one (excluding the CD-I games) and I own them all, have played them all and have loved them all. Can't wait for Skyward Sword.

Yeah, I agree. That game was SOOOO bloody good. I loved sailing to distant islands during a rain storm.

I had to quit because I got bored of all the sailing :lol
But what all I did play of the WindWaker was great, I must say.

Not me. The reason Zelda is still one of my favorite series is because it rewards exploration, and this was just another way to explore. It teased you with these little specks on the horizon, and later, when you were able, you could visit them and see what they were.

But that's just my thing :D

I've only played parts 1 and 2 on the NES and Phantom Hourglass. Part 1 is still my absolute favorite of the series. It never gets old.

Part 1 will probably always be my favorite game of all time. Better games have come since then, without a doubt, but it was something new, and it came with maps, and puzzles, and weapons and items, and I poured hours and hours into it.

I wonder if that wall has a cave hidden behind it... why yes, yes it does. I wonder what's in there.
