I was wondering what their game for next year would be.. I still need to play through the first Halo Wars. Should be interesting to see what all they do with this one.
Oh excellent, I've been hoping for this one! I wonder if we'll have more factions than just UNSC and Covies. Maybe Forerunner? I hope the different-leader-promotes-different-stuff aspect returns. Anders was great to play what with how she had half-costs on upgrades and such.
I always didn't plan on getting Halo Wars, but with this coming out, I'm reconsidering. Those look to be the same Spartans from the original game. I wonder what that brute is holding? The question also should be, when does this take place? And who does it involve?
Hell yea... though I'm curious if it's a good idea to release it the same year as Legacy of the Void though since that's the final chapter in SC2 and StarCraft is the biggest RTS. Still, it's nice to breathe some life back into the RTS genre since MOBA stomped it so much.
Hmmm cinematic looked good, but have to be honest was expecting something Flood related rather than Brute. If you played the first game you'll know what I mean. Call me mildly optimistic. Wish I could play it but not buying an X1 just for this.
I don't mean to be offensive, but when do you think you would make the move to the one? I mean sooner or later you would expect that Microsoft will probably start to phase out the 360 right? Coot
Honestly.......never. I just don't do the whole console gaming thing as much as I used to. There's literally like 3-4 games that even interest me from what's coming out. Not really worth dropping $300+ for that especially when it's just going to sit there collecting dust. 360 is going to get phased out that's not even a question, but since I don't do multiplayer it's not that big of a deal if that component is lost for games I have.
Well I have been doing my gaming on the PC, but I don't have any plans to switch to 10 at all. I'm pretty set in my ways, if it's not broken don't fix it. I like 7 well enough that I don't feel any need to upgrade(especially since I've only been using it for a year and half now). It does what I need it to and it's not too tech heavy that if something goes wrong I can't fix it.
Very excited. Halo Wars 2 according to the weekly Halo community update will be playable at E3! There hasn't been much on this game so I'm thirsty for more info coming up soon.
Ooh, cool! Looking forward to this one; the first Halo Wars was pretty fun, so hopefully this'll keep the trend.
