So what does fall mean in the video game world??? September-November??
Hmm. Hopefully I should have a 360 by then. Should be a sweet game.
My guess would be November. Microsoft will want it out before the Christmas shopping season.
Edit: I checked the release dates of Halo 1 and 2. The first Halo was released 11/14/01 and Halo 2 was released 11/09/04. I would place the exact date on 11/13/07 for Halo 3. That is a rough guess based on the other two dates.
And the beta may be pushed back to late spring. I have a feeling that this might turn ugly.
It probably means November 2008-9.
Huh? Did you look at the poster?
Okay. We'll see if it actually releases. For those of you buying it, which pack are you getting. The Legendary comes with a Spartan Helmet.
I'm sure he did, and if Halo 2 is any indication, he's right about the release date.
I seriously think I had the game pre-ordered for a full year before it came out.
Yeah but it can only fit a child's head. Still, Ima gettin' it
I pre-ordered it before the new year, better put that receipt some where safe.
Until I see a press-on tatoo advertising the exact retail date on the arm of a MS exec, I'm not gonna believe it.
I bet it gets grossly overhyped like the last one did.
I used to think it was hyped, until I noticed I lost over a hundred hours in multiplayer
Of all the times ive said, " just one more game"
I loved the game, but I still say it was over-hyped. Its a lot of fun to play, but part 2 didn't blow my mind either...
i'm just buying the normal one, in the uk the legendary one is gonna be about double the price and i don't see the point in spending twice as much, especially having read whats on the discs
Most 360 games are region free, so you could probably use an imported version.
Can you even pre-order the legendary one in the UK?
I need to shrink my head so the helmet fits.
Not seen any pre-ordered for it.
But as soon as I do I'll be letting you know.
don't think so yet twintwist but i think its gonna be £69.99 which i ent paying, i suspect tesco who have been selling games for about £37.96 recenltly will sell the normal halo 3 for an all time low of about £31.96 cos they know pretty much every gamer in the country will go to tesco for a copy
