    That. Is. Fucking. Awesome.

The fact that they put him in the vote shows they aren't just a bunch of stuffed shirts and can have some fun (unlike a lot of the fandom).

    I know.

I'm not voting for Erector, but kudos to Hasbro for at least having fun with the entry.

For instance, he created all that role-playing gear that us fans don't tend to buy. (Real Gear, Armada Laserbeak)

Also, I like Shockwave's entry a LOT more this year. It fits his character more.

Erector fans have earned themselves a slow clap from me. :thumb  :bay

So has Hasbro, as I wouldn't have even known if Erector qualified based on point totals. They could have just bumped him down, but they didn't! Kudos.

Edit: Actually, there are things to like in all the bios. Grimlock's is much more closely based on War Within, without a random reference to Scorponok. Shockwave's is a very fair stab at reconciling the "insanely loyal" and "insanely ambitious" versions of the character, not to mention the "mad scientist" stuff. Jazz's bio is more G1, at least in that they dropped the Cyber-Ninja element. And Waspinator's is 1) pretty funny without overdoing it and 2) 100% pure Beast Wars, with an Animated reference that doesn't try and shoehorn him into the Prime universe or something.

Damn, I wish I could vote for all five. Or even just two.

While I am voting for Waspinator (can't beat a funny predacon who can recover easily from being blown up and such), I will give Credit to Hasbro for making an interesting profile for Erector (and I like the nods to the Constructicons ^^).

I just say this...Let the bot or the con that wins...enjoy it well, yesss. ^^

    -TF2

(If Erector wins...that be cool for him. Wish someone did a digibash of him in G1 Constructicons colors though...just curious.)

I wish to offer you a symbolic handshake and cup of tea.

Not everyone gets to help inspire new Transformers fiction, especially not if it makes me giggle.

I'm completely shocked that Erector made it into the top five...

I did like the bios last year better. Didn't they mention Jazz being a Ninja before?

In any case, Waspinator is getting my vote since BW Megatron didn't make it...

EDIT: Oh, yeah, I loved how BW Waspinator now took the name WASP pre-BW!

Hot damn Erector's profile is simply BEAUTIFUL. My hats are off to Hasbro for doing that.

    Indeed it is.

This is proof that ANY character can be made awesome with the right amount of attention.

Let's shoot to give VROOM a boost next year! :D
