So I saw this Hailee Steinfeld
I have mixed feeling about this. The song doesn't feel retro enough to me, the vocal sounds overprocessed. Hopefully the full version sounds better.
It's a snippet of course it'll sound different
Eh, I'm not impressed by that snippet at all, but I'll reserve judgement until I hear the full piece on Friday...
It's better if you keep low expectations for it
It might be an enjoyable song on it's own, I'm just worried that it won't fit with the time-period. I like some of Hailee Steinfeld's other songs, but I wouldn't want any of them to be in the movie.
Yeah, there's no way this will be featured in the actual film. It will be an end credits song.
It’s obviously the end credits song I can tell
Hailee Steinfeld - "Back To Life"
I love Hailee and I've been dying for new music from her. I cant wait for this.
so hyped! i hope its really good
Doesn't sound quite to my tastes, but I didn't really expect it to. I'm not exactly the target audience.
I was rather hoping she might cover an 80s song. Maybe still in the cards?
Another \"Back to Life\"? Didn\'t we already get one from Soul II Soul and Alicia Keys?
So much for it being a remix of Til All Are One... maybe we can get Mark Wahlberg to do something.
Hopefully that title is a metaphor for the movieverse
Back to Hive
\"Insert bee pun*
Maybe in the movie this song helps bumblebee snap \"back to reality\"
How does it suck when you barley heard the song
You know people are gonna hate it unless it's Dare,The Touch or Instruments of Destruction..basically everything that it's new and they never heard before..
I'm pretty sure she hinted in an early interview that she might be covering an '80s song. I would guess that will happen in the movie itself, and this will be a credits song.
I'd honestly prefer a new song to The Touch or Dare (those are great songs, but they're starting to feel overdone). I welcome a new song, my main concern is that it won't feel appropriate for the time period.
