    I drive a delivery truck.

I was delivering a spool of cable to a customer today. Somewhere in rual south east PA. I'd never been to this customer before so I was unsure where the receiving bays were, so I pulled up next to a man-door at a barn at the rear of the property and poked my head inside.

I came face to face with a 70's vintage Peterbuilt CabOver. It barely fit inside the building and it was parked right up to the door. Seeing a tractor on the road is common, but stuffed inside a small building made it seem HUGE.

BTW this IS the same make model as Optimus Prime. (only it was light blue, Magnus?)

Comming face to face with this rig made me realize how freaking huge Optimus would be if he WAS real. I stood there for a minute trying to apply the scale of my G1 toy to the real deal infront of me. I figure if I was standing on Prime's shoulder, his head would come up to my hip and I'm 6'2"!

Anyway, wrong building and I had to get back to work and find the right door before someone thought I was acting suspicious.

But I thought I'd share with my fellow transfans. Since it's not often I get flat footed.

I saw one of those trucks on the road about a year ago. It looked just like G1 Prime. It was even red! I was stopped at a red light and it pulled right up next to me. I was paying so much attention to it that I didn't even notice when the light turned green. Although, the guy behind me noticed and honked his horn at me. The truck eventually turned off. It was pretty neat while it lasted.

Um, Prime was not a cab over Pete. If you're talking G1 Prime, he was a Freightliner.

+1. It's a car. It's not like you're in on some super special secret, it's just a car.

I like moments like that. They're not awe-inspiring, but they do put a smile on my face.
    I've seen

    -G1 Bumblebee (yellow)
    -G1 Ironhide (red)
    -G1 Tracks (blue)
-Movie old Camero Cliffjumper (red, racing stripe and everything)

About a month ago when I was helping my friend keep her sanity (or lose it) while she was delivering catalogs and that, nearby the pizza shop that's close to my house we saw a damaged yellow Volkswagon Beetle (Bumblebee) parked outside the shops.

    That's always a cool feeling

It happened to me when I was a kid, a saw Prime with my own eyes, in his semi mode glory. I put my hand on the bumper becasue I just had to touch it and heard
"hands off you little bastard , should'nt you be in school you little punk ass"

I ran home crying hating optimus prime

The only reason I would even be remotely excited to see a TF car, would be if it transformed into the specific character in front of me.

    TF's I've seen IRL.

    Alts/BTs
-Battle Ravage at a KFC drive through.
-Swindle and Rollbar (those colours on that type of Jeep are very common here)
    -Red Meister
    -Smokescreen
    -Rumble

    G1's
Cliffjumper/Deadend they're G1 selfs are the same make of Porsche just different years. And I've seen a maroon and candy apple red ones around the city.

Crobot's sig has a picture of the real cars and trucks that the 84 TF's are based on if you want to check what you've seen in your life vs. what they were.
