I was playing as Titan in TDM and saw a helicopter in the sky. The guy has the Vortex build. HACKER
I was about write down his Xbox Gamer Tag when he left the game. All I remember was something like crazeee or crayzeee then numbers in front of it.

Yeah there's a few of them about. I've seen a few using Vortex and Onslaught's heads, one or two of the later scientist models.



Bar stewards, they better keep it to locked content and nothing else!

 

I don't think any of you here should complain nor do I think you should try to scare them off--let them play; let them play the $#!+ out of the game. Document everything they do and send your findings to HMS so they can fix things before they start shipping the game out, assuming these gamers find things to exploit that haven't already been reported.

 

I've yet to see a glitcher myself but I'm sure I will eventually.

Wonder if they're actually working on a way to detect cheaters or if they're going to just use us to report them all...

It's the best thing for fixes when you get down to it.

Everyone gets up in arms hammering the guy/gal and actually does little to stop it. Rather than attacking the moment you see him/her online just pay him/her no mind--let them do cheaters do their thing and report your findings to HMS hotline. You'll help yourself and the game much better this way than the way people did attacking Redmist or whatever his name is up at Youtube

Why report something as trivial as this? How does this HURT gameplay? Using locked chassis or using an exploit to access a part of a demo locked to most gamers are silly things to report, as these are things HMS won't bother with anyway. They want to know REAL gaming issues! If they're a thousand e-mails talking about how Redmist used this head or that shoulder (and I can't) or how he hacked the demo to play more of its unfinished self, do 't expect more pressing matters to be fixed before launch or at all. Somethings cannot be fixed once the game is out-remember host migration? The original build didn't have the mechanics for it so it couldn't be patched in. Now, FOC may or may not be too far along to add a big change as something like host migration, but if we continue to hammer HMS with silly stuff, they'll have little time to do real fixes.

The official game will let you play all of Vortex's mission. The official game will let you use all parts and colors, so why not report things that really aren't supposed to be?

 

well, the multiplayer news scroll does say to report cheats, so...

 

Cheating is cheating, they may not be "hurting anyone" by using locked parts but what's going to happen when the game is launched and cheaters are unlocking every part available and using all of the higher level weapons and abilities, totally dominating everyone?

 

If it happens we will rise up and defeat our oppressors!

Or by stomping on them with the Titan's melee.
Better yet sliming them.
