In box, mint, two controllers Super Mario Bros and Super Mario Bros 3 (with box).

I'm just thinking, great piece of gaming history. I don't use it. Haven't played it for five years, still works. Comes with all cords and whatever. But in opinion, how much do you think I could sell it for?

I'm assuming the front loader type here. I'd guess about $60.

Getting NES systems (particular front loading consoles) that are still in extremely good condition are becoming rarer and rarer. The pins bent so easily on those models and the top vents let in dust and moisture so easily. The console's one saving grace was the inverted motherboard. Better to have all the junk settle on the "bottom" of the board than the "top".

who remembers the classic steps for getting a NES game to work?
    1. Take it out and run your finger along the teeth.
    2. Slap that sucker on your leg.
    3. "Hoo Hoo Hah Hah" breathing manuever
    4. Attempt to play game, repeat process
    5. Buy a SNES

I would be real hesitant to buy an OG nintendo from anyone. I wouldnt mind gettin my hands on a super someday if the seller was 'super' reliable
