People sell bricks off by the lot and they can go to sites that deal with trading and such. This set was mostly gray which helped a lot since it's common. If he wanted to make something like this in say....purple...then that would be a huge challenge.

    Cool.

Next time though, someone should make a life size Jewel Staite (out of Lego obv) & then we'll talk. :D

I've been scrounging pictures of it since the weekend almost. Looks beautiful, I was hoping to see it at the Fort Wayne Lego event, but have other obligations that weekend. :(

Thanks. I've been wanting to build a big castle for some time now out of Lego. Need a lot of gray bricks.

Thanks! I was planning on getting the series.

In case anyone doesn't know, Firefly (Serenity) got cancelled not because it was a bad show, but because the network kept changing time slots, pre-empting it, and had little faith in the series. By the time it started gaining ground, the network axed it. There are a ton of Serenity fans still out there. It was a fun series that died long before its time.

Not only that, but Fox aired the episodes out of chronological order, making the plot much more difficult to follow. Heck, the morons made the 2hr pilot episode 11.

They kinda did the same to Terminator: TSCC by moving it to the Friday night 'death slot' midway through its second season.

    Fox TV morons :mad

Yeah, Jewel was my fav. of the series, but one of Morena Baccarin or Christina Hendricks would do nicely too :p

Is that to scale with minifigs? I'm not a fan of Firefly, but that is really impressive
