W i P guess the alt lets see if anone knows the figure
gotta do some more paint work on him , and will show alt mode later when someone guess it right
Not to be harsh, but did you paint that thing with white-out?
Disassembly, taping off and spraypaint are the way to go, finished off with decals.
wrong , it is the windcharger body , but i still am working on the paint work trying to see if people can guess the alt.
White out lol!, na its had one coat so far ,
Guess the figure? You mean a Decepticharge painted like Prowl?
Now for the constructive crit. You paint is down right sloppy. As stated, some tape and a can of spray paint will do wonders. You can see spots along the windiows and lights. And when painting use a few layers. You can see black spots under the white. Simply coat it a few times and you'll be a lot better off.
Also, take off the decals on the original first. Use some nail polish removal and it'll come right off. Then wipe away and paint. Also, make the decals in some computer program and print on either sticker paper or decal sheets. They'll come out a lot straighter. I can see the lines on the hood decal are not quite straight.
Also, what made you decide to make a convertable squad car?
as the transformation works to the figure
I know! It's Windcharger badly painted into Prowl, or Red Alert, or some other cop car TF.
Either Clampdown or Deepcover if you ask me. Whichever was the was the white one...
Well Clamp Down, Prowl, Red Alert Siren and Streetwise are the only cop cars I know of. It's not Red Alert. You nixed Prowl. Streetwise doesn't transform at all like that. Neither does Clamp Down or Siren for that matter.
wrong so far
You people are thinking way too conventional... give it another, Spin...
He looks like Fixit from the Victory cartoon. Although the US version of Fixit was the Ambulance and Stakeout was the mold they used in the japanese toon. Only with a different color scheme.
yippeee! you got the answer , gotta finish the piece off altogether , glad sd gave a clue lol!
Where the hell is Spinner from??!!
He's from the 13th circle of TF hell.
Hey Evilratbat. Nice effort! And, I like the obscure reference to a TF that I, honestly, have never ever ever heard of before. Try taking him apart and giving him a couple light coats of paint; you'll be pleased with the results. Then get some masking tape and use an exacto knife, or razor blade, to cut the POLICE lettering and hood design out of the tape. Place your new tape "stencils" on the car and fill in the color of your choice, let the paint dry, mostly, and peel the tape off. I know it sucks disassembling the guy, but it is really worth it and you will definitely be more proud of yourself when all is said and done.
Hey man, sounds like you've got a nice idea going! Obscure references are always cool! There have been some guys already offer you some good advice that you'd be fool not to take! I'm interested to see where you go with this project! Keep it up!
