I am now a homeowner
Who's your landscaper? JK chris.
Congrats!! Yeah, it looks like you could use the RiD Build Team!!
nah just hire the Constructicons.
Totally childish and inappropriate, I know, but I couldn't resist.
But jesus christ clean up your driveway man, show a little pride in your property now that you own it.
realtalk congratulations man, looks like a great place and a good location, and I hope you're very happy there.
Congrats on the new home. Soooo... will there be pics of the inside and personal man-cave?
Congrats! It looks like it's still being built? I bet it'll look great once a lawn is put in.
Is that you at the right of the photo? If so, your pose makes you look like you're at your wits' end ("I'm now flat broke!").
Seriously, though, congratulations!
Looks awfully small.
We just got our house in July Chris, and I can tell you, that honestly, it won't set you back as much as it seems after the initial six months. Congratulations.
Now that there's a reason! Congrats. Looking to do the same thing this year myself. I'm sure you're quite excited!
Nah, that is not me in the photo; that is the real estate guy.
Thanks for all the well wishes; especially you TJ!
As for the house being small; It's 1300 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath. Pretty big for a guy and his dog
I don't move in until Mid-March; so I'll post pictures then
Post some inside pics.
It's good to see a thread with a title like this that isn't "I got in to a crash/ lost my job/ i'm dead"
Good luck, i'd love to own my own place someday.
Think of all that storage space for tfers.
I'd love to not be posting from the rat cave (aka my mom's basement) someday.
It's nice having a place for Tf's and telling everyone else to pound sand about it
My 2010 went like this, son born on March 3rd, closed on house after nearly 6mth of BS on March 10th.
One or the other has to be easy compared to 2 at once lol.
Good luck on the new place
