    As for the house being small; It's 1300 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath. Pretty big for a guy and his dog:lol

    My 2010 went like this, son born on March 3rd, closed on house after nearly 6mth of BS on March 10th.

    One or the other has to be easy compared to 2 at once lol.
