Just venting: I hate when this happens. Big sale at Hasbro. Prices that won't be ignored. And the two things that stand out are Bludgeon (which I just bought at full price - worse yet, I bought two of to give one as a gift) and Mindwipe, who is naturally out of stock.

Damn you tease sales! Watch me come out of this with a bunch of crap I don't even want!

:lol  it happens every time. I was hoping to score a HA Mudflap, but he's out of stock as well.

If you still have the receipt, order the bludgeons and return them to the store once you get them.

    Again,

"Fail Hasbro"? Name one retailer that does any different to move product that wasn't moving otherwise? And that's not even just TFs, that goes for anything- cars, bed mattresses, clothes, food... If they're getting old and room needs to be made for new product, you put it on sale.

    "Fail Hasbro"... Fail common sense.

That happens everytime. It's worse when you pay a lot of $$ for something that's sold out, like how the City Commander armor used to sell for over $200, but then they re-release it and now you can get it for $80. No point in complaining, unfortunately, it's going to keep happening.

i don't care too much for sales. lately i am irked that they don't have enough to warrant an order.
like i wanted to order just 3 items. Divebomb, Brawn and Evac.
    they only had 1.
the last time i looked, none of them are available. i didn't want to spend 8 bucks to ship a 7 dollar toy.

Eeh, sales bummery happens. I bought a TF for £25 a few weeks ago and then last weekend the store I bought it from dropped the price to £12 during a one day clearance sale. I was somewhat irked by it but I picked up loads of other cut-price stuff there that day so it didn't hurt as bad.
It's very rare I get caught by a sale so soon after paying full price for something. If it happened to me all the time then I'd get pissy. More often than not I get real benefit from sales so it mostly tips in my favour in the end.

Credit cards are your answer. Just pay them off at the end of the month & you won't get interest charged

Yeah it sucks when a sale hits right after you bought the 'bot. But I'd rather have purchased the TF I want @ regular price than gamble and miss out on it trying to wait for a sale. Price adjustments FTW! (gas prices FTL!)

That's the game my friend. You snooze, you possibly lose.
