    I grew up on the cartoon but I agree with this ^

    Really the only Dinobot personas I absolutely hate is Season 3 cartoon.

    He should be like the Grey Hulk/Avenger's Earth's Mightiest Heroes Hulk. Intelligent but still the savage brute we know and wanna see kick some aft.

    Grimlock is my favorite TF of all time. In the personal series I have planned he is deviously cunning yet still has a voice impediment. It is more like a stutter then caveman speak though.

    I like whatever iteration it was where he was actually very smart but acted dumb to deceive his opponents.

    I prefer intelligent Dinobots with a speech impediment. Well, four intelligent Dinobots with a speech impediment, Sludge can still be dumb as toast.

    I think of Grimlock as the Transformers' version of Watchmen's Rorschach: terse, VERY angry, and any word that isn't absolutely necessary to get his point across he simply leaves out. But not dumb.

    i like Grimlock at Hulk levels of intelligence. a savage brute that when you look back at his motives and what just happened, you wonder if the big brute did that on purpose or not. or a savage violent version of Captain Sparrow.

    I like Grimlock as a smart Autobot, personally. I like that he's damaged in some incarnations and just has trouble speaking.

    It doesn't matter to me whether he is smart or dumb, I just want to hear "Me Grimlock..." when he speaks.

    Marvel Comics/Tech Spec Grimlock is the best. One of my childhood favorites.


    -ZacWilliam, the Cartoon goof/caveman can be fun too, but if I could only have one it'd be Comic Grimmy all the way.
