well so many ppl were imterested in this project of mine i thought i would share some wip pictures. i want it done by thursday but if not it should be done this week.

i did not like the red or gray on the figure so that was my focus i thought about silver but decided against it. i have discovered the joys of ink on this project and learned a technique with using it that blows a sharpe away. the problem i had with sharpie is the inabilty to get deep in the lines and cover proper.

when i first seen the spheres on the thighs i knew they had to be jewel like so that is what i did. i will upload proper pictures later this week when i modify this thread. the red and gray i mixed for this project was directly g1 inspired.

that chest looks fantastic. The rest of him looks really nice too, but that's the one that jumps at me the most. well done!

How did you get the lines off inside the chest? did you scrape them from the back?

OH yeah!! Much improve. I really like this. Especially the ruby red leg...things.. I am surprised at how cool all these toys are, and by how amazing a little bit of paint or mods improve them so much.

    That looks sooooooo nice!

Your scratchbuilt chest flap blends in so good with the parts, it looks factory!
