I love Back to the Future but I never thought it would be a great toyline. I could see myself getting a Marty and Doc figure, but I wouldn't be into a whole line. Still cool though.

They summed up almost all my fears to a 'T.' I've seen/read plenty of horror stories regarding MOTU collectors just trying to order off Matty's site.

My dream would have been for NECA to have gotten the license. If those guys can do sculpts of Arnold S or even Michael Keaton (as Beetejuice), imagine what they'd pull off with Mickey Fox and Chris Lloyd.

Heck, even Hot Toys would be awesome. If they could make expensive but scale-perfect Batmobile/Batpods, I'd probably be willing to plunk down the $800+ for their to-scale DeLorean time machine.

I'm hoping for 12 inch versions on Matty Collectors. The headsculpts and bodies will be fair at best, but Matty makes great clothing. For that price it would be cheaper than tracking down look a likes or making similar outfits.

I really hope we dont see something lame like some subscription on Matty called the 1.21 jigawatt club filled with meh ancillary overpriced characters that youd have to buy in order to get a Marty, Doc, or Delorean.

Replica time circuit system i could put in my car, now that i wouldnt mind.

    Got a hoverboard!

Yeah.... just got the hoverboard I pre-ordered. It would of been awesome if it was like 50 bucks or less! I got a video review on my YouTube page in the sig below.

I have to say I do admire Bob Gale at least by this much - he was also really angry at Universal when they cocked up the cropping on the widescreen DVDs of the movies.

I just hope this will be the last time he has to express his frustrations with Mattel.

Of course, the irony being that Mattel made a "very limited quantity" and they still haven't sold out.

Not only does bigbadtoystore also carry the Hoverboard, I also saw a replica of the sports book that 2015 Biff found and gives to his 1955 self to get rich in Part 2.
