I was at Salvation Army this Wednesday and I had already found a completely broken, yellowed G1 Jetfire. I kept digging around and some gold chrome hit my eye. I pulled this from the heap of toys...

A G1 Grimlock, no weapons, in really good condition. Just a little chrome wear on the tail, both dino arms, and all gold chromed toes accounted for.

The only issues with it are some loose joints, which I may be able to fix by tightening those screws, and some minor sticker wear.

I've seen him sell in this condition on eBay for as much $40 - $50. I was able to pick him up for a cool $1.99.

Him Grimlock am cheap! nice find, even with the cost of acquiring all his weapons you should end up with a heck of a deal. sadly the nearest salvation army to me is worthless as far as transformers go.

Shit man! I live in Glasgow which is just like charity store madness in some places. I really should visit these places in search of plastic.

I looked at a charit store a couple of times, but all ended up fruitless. The closest thing was this wierd ball thing that pops into a monster

You sure this is a genuine G1 Grimlock and not a KO?

I found Galaxy Convoy missing everything for $5 at VV too. Also found Classics Prime, Cybertron Wingsaber. I've found a lot of stuff at VV.

Why do you think it might be a KO?

I gave my Uni 2.0 Silverbolt, Onslaught and black Powerglide repaint (can't remember the name) to a charity shop, I wonder what became of those.

It's not a KO. KO Grimlock has the mould lines on the lower legs closer to the inside edge of the leg.

i had no idea the salvation army had a toy section.

I might be a bit embarrassed to look thru stuff at the local salvation army store.
