According to initial reports a not Scraper is coming out at a very low price from a Chinese company called NBK, and the package teases the others in the set. Price comes to under $20 each.People looking at them seem to think they have plastic tires, not rubber. For that price I expect some cuts, but I'm curious. Seems to be original size.

I was stoked when I got KO OS Nero Rex. But when I got it in hand, the plastic felt cheap, pieces fell off and it wasn't sized correctly. Loose joints etc. even though I only paid 150, I regret the purchase

Perhaps you should have bought the normal size KO Nero Rex. Costs more $50 a figure, but it has better quality.

BTW - This seems to be normal size.

So comparing with original, is this significant remold of just badly transformed?

If it's a good quality KO and all of them are made I'd definitely be interested in the set.

For $17 shipped, I ordered one just to see. I never got the Hasbro one, but I can't imaging this being MORE hollow or cheap.

I saw smartluplup had this one and was interested.. but I've got the GT already so not sure where a crappier more simplified KO would fit. Little scrapper? chibi version? lol

Debating whether I should get one and tell myself it's for the kids.. hehe. but really it will be locked behind glass with the rest of my garbage.. heh

Well, obviously if you already have GT Scraper, this one would be one of the other Constructions, like Sledge, Gravedigger or whoever.

That looks like a sub-$20 toy. They simplified things to an absurd degree. The back of the legs are now the front of the legs because the parts no longer flip and rotate -- it looks like they just fused multiple parts together to reduce the part count. As a result, I think that wonky alt mode is no mis-transformed -- it just doesn't have the engineering to properly assume that form anymore.

hip skirt also removed. legs are possibly just facing the wrong direction but not likely. big chunk of green on the upper thighs is weird, looks like a result of simplification, as smokepants mentions above.
perhaps the completed gestalt will be the draw, as nbk appears to have hobbled the best-looking member of the original group.

Looks like the alt mode can't even tab together properly.

I don't think the legs are facing the wrong way because if they were turned around, the wheel would be jutting out the front, awkwardly. On the original toy, the wheel was mounted on a panel that could rotate 180 degrees to keep it on the back side of the leg, but on this toy, that panel has been merged with the rest of the leg.

I am very curious to see how the combined mode can even work with all the corner cutting.

I would love a KO OS Gravity Builder. I want him to size with KO OS Rex and CW Devastator.

Looks like they didnt even bother to do proper product shots for their "own" figure. Looks overly simplified, cheaply made and quite frankly, crap.

This has been on eBay for a week or so now and has been mentioned in the KO thread a lot. I went ahead and pulled the trigger for sub 15 because why not? Worst case I'll chunk it in the garbage. I'm curious if it's just horribly mistransformed, or just horribly simplified. The OS Rex suffered from weaker plastic than the MMC one and horrible paint apps, but after the upgrade kit it was actually really nice. Especially considering the price. Maybe we'll have a sleeper. Who knows.

I wasn't interested in GB to begin with, so a KO isn't something I'd want even though it comes at a discount.

But 83% off is a BIG discount. I am poor and my only Devastator is the KO Hercules.
