Need to fill in a lot of gaps on this figure still and bulk up areas.

Bad-friggin-ass, man! Coming along great, though I suggest just going for a different head. That one's face is so ugly. Go for the original, it looks much more like him and I think the grimace would be appropriate here.

I think the original head is much worse. This one has a pretty cool sneer, he'll look good if I narrow the eyes.

All the new parts are going to be from the rare Bio Tyranno.

 

Big update, reached a stopping point for a while.

 

That looks amazing. Interesting use of one of Cybertron Optimus Prime's missiles, by the way.

Yeah, that's a typical McGuyver temporary fix if you need a handle. I haven't settled on a hand for him yet, so I can't make a proper weapon handle yet. His current hand is just too weak to hold anything.
