If the trailer does not blow me away then all this time waiting is just gonna piss me off. And Jack Thompson is already getting on their back

“There is absolutely no chance that GTA IV will be rated anything other than "Mature." “So good luck in having your Blank Rome lawyers trying to persuade a court of law that it should be sold to minors, especially in light of the United States Federal Trade Commission's findings that 42% of the time underage kids can buy "Mature-rated" games.”

What a prick. They never tried to sell to minors, minors just got a hold of them through dumbass vendors.

Or dumbass parents. And I use the word 'parent' loosely as that would involve actual parenting.

I was going to post that earlier today along with a bunch of bitching that there isn’t any real info about the game out beside it’s using the same engine as the table tennis game.

What I’m dieing to find out is what city will it be set in (and what real world city is it based on) and what year is it set in.

My guess it will be modern era so the numbered games are set close to the year they come out and the sub games LC Stories, Vice City, VC Stories and San Andreas being set in the past.

Well it's GTA IV so it should be present day since GTA III took place in modern day back in 03' or whatever.

All together now... well, DUH!!!! And when did they ever try to sell it to minors... all I ever heard at the beginning of a GTA commercial is "rated M for Mature..."

All the GTA's since 3 have been essentially them same. I'd like to see some VAST improvements and innovations with this one. Not just the add on to skate on ice, use a snowmobile and go through a drive-thru.

Same here! Is it going to be on PS3 and X-Box 360 at the same time, or is it going to be a one-console game at first?

Last I heard was the same time. I guess Rockstar anticipated the $600 PS3 having problems and didn’t want to risk launching to a reduced advance so going 360 at the same time lets them cast a wider net.

With bigger and badder systems powering it, you just might...

Me, I'm content with more of the same as long as it's really good... and really funny...

Hell yeah, man. Those cops have the funniest lines in the game. I also hope the different restaurants have different interiors, rather than the same interior for every Cluckin Bell, etc.

Yeah it's gonna be on both. And apparently the 360 will have some exclusive download content, something about downloadable episodes (a new thing in GTA IV).

I hope Lazlow is doing a talk show on it. I like when he’s a talk host better then a DJ. And he better be doing the radio production. Rockstar are fools if they didn’t hire him again.

Also Sam Jackson. He was one of the best voice actors in the game, and better than most other V.O's.
