Anyone who has purchased one of these auctions needs to place a dispute asap, the seller has resold the same item 4 times in the last 24 hours, auctions are below , all have completed so you would need to log into an ebay account to view them, I cant believe this still goes on :(

    Ebay:
Very strange. Over 1000 feedbacks and still plenty of items listed. Certainly strange timing to start scamming people.

That does seem odd, especially since he has had only 2 negatives in the last 12 months and over 500 positive.

Could he have had four of them in different states of condition and just got lazy and used the same pictures?

I'm wondering if his account was hacked. Things like this have occurred when an account has been compromised.

    What I thought too. :sly2:

Scammers don't usually take this long to "show their true colors."

not to be a dick, but anyone that bid on his stuff after a feedback entry like that..should have known they are taking a risk trusting that ass of a seller.

A portion but it was difficult, he seems to use ebay as some kind of free loan facility, keeping his feedback high with small transactions and than pulling stunts like this, I just hope the guys that bought the Grand Max auctions get things sorted and dont loose out.

So you weren't even able to recover the full amount you paid? Ouch. And I'm sure that was a time consuming matter on top of everything else.

Interesting stunt to raise feedback, if it's true. I certainly have less sympathy for the seller now. More than likely, as you first stated, he is attempting to scam some buyers.
