    Guys,

I've been trying to put together my GM for a while now and up pops this guy with 0 ebay feedback selling, in a single auction, a Brave Max, C-114 Fort Max and C-311 Grand Max. The Grand max is missing some pieces in the picture and the seller is upfront about it. The problem is I contacted this seller and asked for more pictures, specifically the box and he sent me a picture of GM with one of the pieces it was supposedly missing, the top of Cog. Either this seller is sending pictures that aren't his or maybe this is an old picture before he lost the part.

Another piece of information, he made me an offer to buy just grand max and wanted me to pay him "money gram (using your CC it just work like paypal and is safer (compared to western union which is used by many scammers)." Then he said he'd also take paypal gift and wasn't sure if paypal would transfer the money to his account so he might have to refund it after 4 days, it's all very fishy. I decided not to deal with this person and if you choose to, just protect yourselves. Link below

I've been watching this auction, not to buy, but because the items and the whole no feedback thing. Seller also had a Big Powered set up for auction...seems awfully fishey to me too.

Just so you know, the "paypal" address the guy was using was "batben97@yahoo.com" Not sure if that needs to be logged anywhere.

One last thing, the seller just contacted me again proclaiming innocense, he said his friend on ebay had a GM as well and his friend's handle is TeleTranToys, sounds like another scammer.
