Those were great! Couldn't believe Bullock didn't see thru THAT Jim right away. Gotta believe Ben had tons of fun being THAT guy tho.
Yeah, I thought so, but glad that you confirmed that. This Clayface was a goofy but creepy creature, he certainly acted like someone locked up for a while, that's why I thought Bullock would catch on to him because 'Jim' was ogling all the femme cops and of course Barbara. Ah, from Gotham Wiki--Clayface Basil Karlo appears in the Gotham episode "Wrath of the Villains: A Legion of Horribles," portrayed by Brian McManamon. This version is a man who was revived from the dead by Hugo Strange and Ethel Peabody at the underground Indian Hill facility. Thanks to the octopus DNA in him, Basil Karlo can now stretch his face. After James Gordon is apprehended by Hugo Strange's orderlies, his head is placed in a special head mold which Hugo Strange then uses to help shape Basil Karlo's face to resemble James Gordon's face. One of Strange's minions then topped it off with a wig to finally match Gordon. Gordon looks in shock as Basil Karlo started to match Gordon's voice. In the episode "Wrath of the Villains: Transference," Basil as Gordon confronts the authorities outside of Arkham Asylum and tells them that there was nothing incriminating there while asking for a ride back to the Gotham City Police Department. His ruse had Harvey Bullock and Alfred Pennyworth fooled until Barbara Kean saw through it.
Yeah, Clayface fooling everyone was incredibly stupid. He acted nothing like Jim and sounded like an over the top parody. And when I thought Bullock was finally seeing through it, he's amazed and baffled at it not actually being Jim.
What I got from that scene was that when he was talking to Alfred they were discussing "Gordon"'s strange (ha!) behavior when Barbara unmasked him. Also, Bullock was dealing with being active captain so his mind was probably elsewhere. Although it seemed like he was on to him when he was asking him those personal questions just before Alfred arrived. And his reaction to "Gordon" was probably more on the face imprint left after Barbara slapped him. jD001
I can forgive Bullock considering he doesn't know super power exist. If I were Bullock I would more likely think Strange had done something to mess with Gordon's head, or drugged him, not that it was a shapeshifter taking Gordon's place!
anyone know what ones got out of the back of the van, i know i seen pig and frog which are very early batman villians
Meh, its not like the character has had much of an impact on the show already. Just showed up once in awhile for a namedrop. Now it would be an issue if they did it to Selina.
BIG HERO 6 Actress Jamie Chung Joins The Cast Of GOTHAM Season 3 As Vicki Valerie Vale "Gotham Gazette‘s newest hire, Valerie is a crackerjack reporter dead set on uncovering the truth behind Indian Hill. Confident and dogged, she will do anything to get the scoop, and soon sets her sights on Gordon, who she believes is the key lead in her story." Chinese Vicki sounds cool.
