from ko toys airmail took 3 weeks not bad $15 for shipping...
what transformers are they?
ramjet and starscream..classics /gen line
ramjet is very well made for a $9.99 ko I wa shocked at how well he is put together tight and nice paint and chrome also...
Shouldn't this be in the toy section.
How do the faces look? I've heard that on the KOs some of the detail is lost.
The Starscream looks almost like G1 Jetfire's colorscheme, and that Ramjet is pretty spot on to the original.
The heads are very well done alot of detail also clean lines .. ill post up some more photos .
That's some changeable robot!
did that price include shipping?
I'd imagine not, as these guys are usually like $20 each before anything.
He probably means that shipping them via air mail from China cost him 15 bucks together, which seems about right (given their combined size & weight, where they went, etc).
I actually have that Ramjet, it's pretty dope (although one of the wings on mine is a little loose). Just like Henkei Ramjet- even the missiles.
$31.00 shipped took 3 wedks to get here. also had tracking # air mail slower than emp but 1/2 the price .
Picked up a KO Skywarp recently. Happy enough with it, quality is decent and poses well but it's not great as some of tha paint apps feel rough / unfinished to touch. Still nice addition to the team
What, there is actually KO version for Ramjet, what the!!!!
Is the changification difficult? I'm used to transforming things but changifying difficulty levels are something else.
I don't own those specific jets, but I own ones made from the same mold (Classics Ramjet and Classics Acid Storm and Thundercracker) and their transformations are incredibly easy, quick and fun.
I have both a Henkei and a KO Ramjet and I have to look at the shoulder grooves to tell them apart sometimes they are pretty much identical.
That Starscream is perfectly OK to the plastic is a little waxey but it's great custom fodder I made a neat Nemesis-Seeker out of a Faux Skywarp. and they are great part swap fodder too. I'd recommend to anyone to buy the pinkish Red one it's real nice... But Mine looks even nicer now it's sporting the purple arms from the faux Skywarp. and the blue arms from the Faux Red one are now on the faux Thundercracker making him a blue generic and lending the faux Thundercrackers black arms & parts to the KO Skywarp made it a simple accenting job to make my Nemesis Colour seeker.
As for the CHMS ones the Gold or Purple one seem like the best of the bunch.
