I watched Disc 1 and I got to say I am disappointed with the sound. Some of the vocals were too low and the music too high. Alot of my WWE wrestling DVDs are that way too. Wonder if it's my tv or my cheap a$$ DVD player? It won't play music DVDs due to so much crackling in the audio.....anyhoo......I also thought the reds were too pink or too purple. Is this they way it is suppose to be or am I just used to the old DVD we have?

I love the little sneak preview of the movie.....the scenes had a different vibe to me than the stuff we saw in the trailer. I am more excited about the movie now.

The old Japanese commercials were cool as hell to see....

Can't wait to watch Disc 2 tomorrow!

    +3 on pinkrod.

my sound is fine though. might be time for you to upgrade?
i have a very decent entry-level home theater setup, and sound on this movie is excellent.
    JVC 5.1 reciever (100w x5 + sub output)
Boston Acoustic 6 inch bookshelf speakers (x4)
    Boston Acoustic center channel
Boston Acoustic 10 inch powered subwoofer
JVC progressive scan DVD player (component connections)
Sony grand wega 50 inch DLP

to quote ferris bueller, "it is SO choice."

also, the bonus features on disc 2 are AWESOME.
i had a good chuckle listening to the commentary for "SCRAMBLE CITY"

Why can't we see SC without the commentary? I love the old commercials.

    its in japanese anyway.

hm, that makes me think it would have been cool if they at least put subtitles on it.
then we could read whats going on while listening to the commentary.
