Actually postman tried to drop them off yesterday, leaving a note since the package was signature rquired. For the life of me I couldn't think of what it was, I had preordered them a long time ago and didn't realize they had been released yet :lol

Anyway I was pretty excited to crack them open so I did at work. I won't post my extensive thoughts since I know this isn't the Feedback Forum, but I figgured I'd share my excitement here anyway. Yay, finally a Classics Styled Rumble and Frenzy for my display!!! :D

I think I might be getting ML Soundwave soon too! I hope I'll get these eventually!

Congrats on getting the awesome set. I personally get justify the price due to the size. But overall enjoy your new Frenzy and Rumble.

I've been fighting the urge to get ML Soundwave myself...it doen't look too bad but the small size is really offputting to me. But since it seems there's a snowball's chance in hell of Hasbro/ Takara to make a Classiverations update, it may be my best bet...

I totally agree on the cost. For what you get it's a hefty price tag. I bit the bullet when I had some extra cash flow early this year from a teaching gig. It's pretty hard to swallow shelling out $100 for these two and Shadow Warrior...

At Allspark there's a gallery of them that goes well with Cybertron Soundwave and GF Soundblaster.

Personally for me they are since I like the G1 characters they represent. But it's $30 for a toy smaller than a mass retail Scout with limited applications so I'd say it's really up to an indiviual whether they're worth the high price or not.

I'd be glad to take pix but I only have the City Commander armor.

I'm not really a big fan of the Cybertron/ GF Soundwave mold but I'd think other than ML Soundwave it would be the best representation of SW for these two to go with.

Those look nice! Can you check if your blue one has both his left and right foot? In the video review there was some debate as to whether or not that was a widespread issue.

It looks small? I thought it looks fine with other classics toys. Did I miss something?

Yep, mine has the correct feet. One is super tight and the other is a little loose though. Only QC issues I can see.

I'd always hoped for a SW the same size as Megatron. Just a personal taste thing.

damn....they look really nice. I guess I'll have to order a set. I had been hoping I could rationalize skipping them, but that looks to be an impossibility at this point.

I still wish these were some kind of Hasbro product.

But they look awesome, it is odd that they made these guys go with a prime mold, since they are Decepticons.

Finally succumbed and order these today too. I think they'll go great with my Classics/Universe/Generations.
