Here's a cool, yet blurry, pic of him.

Here's a not so cool pic of him.

That part is his knee and I'm afraid if I move it around too much it will completely break off. He arrived in the box like this. It looks like that part of his leg splits in half once it's unscrewed, and I could take that part out, but is there any real way to fix that? 'Tis a bittersweet day. :(

Just buy one when you see it in the store and return the one with the bad knee.

Other than the torn ACL, he looks great. Can't wait to get one.

Hey, that's a good idea. I'm going to see if I can somehow glue it back together. Maybe with pliers I can force it back together while the glue hardens.

OK I opened it up and took out the knee part, and....well take a look.

It's so crooked it looks like a manufacturing error, and that it didn't just snap somehow. I'm afraid that trying to bend it back to glue it looks like it will snap it. I guess I'll just leave it alone and swap it with one in a store.

You probably could bend that plastic intol the right shape by heating it with a soldering iron, so it semi-melts and becomes pliable, but considering how careful you'll have to be with it (making sure you don't melt it too much), it might be a good idea not to try it without help.

I'm surprised that slipped by the assembly line (asuming some hand-assembly is involved) or at the very least, final quallity checks.

I just tried using pliers and super glue, and after holding it for about 5 minutes, I let it go and the glue didn't stick and it bent back into it's broken shape. =/ I guess I could just keep that leg in the "alternate leg transformation," which isn't bad-looking. Oh well. I tried.

Ouch, that sucks to the maximum. I hope you can get a decent replacement with two good knees down the road.

Love the first pic, though, that pose looks awesome.

You could try heating the area with a hair dryer to soften the plastic and bend it back into shape. Then a dab of super glue should hold it firmly.
