Hey all, I have just come back from Japan and saw a load of great shops selling lots and lots of Transformers. It took me a while to find all these places and whilst I had ages, I know a lot of people would find it handy to know beforehand where to go. So I made two google maps for Tokyo and Osaka with locations and stores tagged. I hope they come in useful for others!

For the Full Tokyo Map Click ukbrawns Tokyo Transformers - Google Maps

For the Full Osaka Map Clickukbrawns Osaka Transformers - Google Maps

There may be many places I have missed, but at all these locations I personally saw Transformers. For some in store pictures, extra details and for what I bought check here!

That's really cool! Thanks for sharing the information. I'll be visiting eventually and I'll be sure to remember these maps.

Damn, I'm jealous. I'd have to win the lottery to really enjoy visiting Japan. So much crap I'd love to buy there! LOL!
Why can't we have stores like that here? No fair!

I can personally attest that no one in the world sells or buys as much crap as they do in Japan! That is why they have shops upon shops of second hand boxed and loose figures. All in as new condition as well, people must buy stuff, display it for a bit and flog it again.
My MP Grimlock was 7000 yen about £52 second hand but mint.
MP Starscream 4900 yen £36 second hand but again mint
My MP Thundercracker 5200 yen £38 brand new on clearance!
You just have to spend a day (or a few haha) wondering about, the prices vary wildly.
Just wondering around the shops is a dream!
Though boxed G1 and American imports are Expensive!

I wish there was something like this for Okinawa when I was there.
