I am looking for a web host but the review sites are usually flooded with BS reviews so I was wondering for those that have used a host which ones would you recommend. IX, Mochahost and HostMonster are some that I am looking at but am open to all suggestions. Thanks guys.

Are you going to build a site yourself or do you need one with integrated tools?

How much traffic are you expecting?

I've used Dreamhost in the past and it always worked well for me.

I am going to build it myself but I do need FTP access but integrated c-panel will work too. 100GB I think would be the least but more would always be better. Dream host is a little high for me. I also only need 1 domain name.

Dreamhost has practically been giving away hosting for a while. The link below is a bit outdated, but Google around and I'm sure you'll find a fresh promo code if this one doesn't work.

Holy shit! Using that code makes it only $22.40 a year! That is almost mind blowingly unreal. Do you know if it will be the same price when I renew and are their any hidden fees I should know about before I sign up??
