    I had to unfortunately cancel my Primus Package today, I had wanted to convert it to an Iacon package but the people at FUn Pub said that I couldn't do that. But I guess what that means is another fan who's wanting to attend will get the Shattered Glass boxed set.

    I thought anyone with the Primus package that didn't show up would get it shipped to them?

    That's odd because in the FAQ's on the BotCon site, question 21 asks this:

    Q21: If I am unable to make the show, is it possible to switch that package to a non-attending set?

    A21: Yes, but you must notify us two weeks in advance to avoid additional shipping. You will also not receive the bonus item if you don't come to the show.

    So you should be able to hold them to it. It is still more than 2 weeks in advance.

    My friend told me the same thing. I would call them back and check on this to see if you can get it changed to a non-attending.
