Since tomorrow is the release of FOC, I thought this would be appropriate. WFC was a great game that has entertained me for over a year and is one of the best PS3 games I have ever bought, any else have anything to say?

I've bought it on both consoles, played through it three times, and it was my first PSN platinum trophy. It's one of the only games I can't trade in or sell, and I look forward to playing through it at least one more time.

Honestly, thinking about running around in the corridors and Orbital Debris makes me nostalgic, since I haven't been PC gaming for ages and I first played it in 2010 on PC.

Unless FOC is SUPER impressive and groundbreaking I'm still going to play WFC escalation from time to time... But, uh, RIP I guess.

I know FoC will be getting the majority of my play time in the near future, but I'm not saying goodbye to WFC yet. I will probably still go back and play it occasionally (I still have a couple achievements to get!)

War for Cybertron imho is the best TPS game i have ever played. fast-paced, fun, dynamic and just plain fun. pretty much the only complaints i had with the game were limited customization, absence of host migration, glitches, and cheaters/hackers who exploit those glitches. absent those things, it would've been perfect. but i'm sure many people will still play WFC.

but i for one am glad that i am moving on and will welcome the absence of cheaters and hackers in FOC, and the absence of people who rage quit when their team is being owned and sending the game in limbo.

2010 was an epic year on these forums. Some of the best gamers here came together and owned Escalation (and each other in MP).

WFC opened a gateway. Those times will be remembered. :)

I think I might play it real quick tomorrow before I put my FOC disk in for old times sake.

I just beat the WFC campaign today for the first time. Regardless of how much I love FOC, I'll still go back to WFC from time to time.

    Goodbye WFC.
Hello SSX & Starhawk while I wait for the UK release and then the 4 day free postage from amazon.

You may say, why didn't you pay for first class?

Then I'll say, BECAUSE IT'S FOCKING FREE! :D

    FOCKER >_>

WFC deserves a salute, it was a great game that proved to the gaming community that Transformers could delivery, and delivery strongly. It gave an excellent Multiplayer game that was fun and addicting, a story mode with voices from talent across the field, and Escalation....I have only one thing to say about escalation.

    F@&#ING WAVE 15!

But WFC is doing us one other solid, and that's bringing down those cheating assholes with it, locking them in a game where they can only face off against other cheaters. Cause honestly, half the people who cheated in WFC are going to get their asses handed to them in FOC.

Goodnight sweet WFC, may flights of Seekers sing thee to thy rest.

escalation will be WFC's only life support. of course, no more twelve year olds on MP is also a plus

I played the hell out of WFC from when it came out until I didn't have an Xbox anymore. I have a PS3 now so at some point I might pick it up if I can find it cheap somewhere.

I have both versions of the DS game, Autobots and Decepticons. They're still fun, even though I completed them. The multiplayer is especially fun! :D

I'll still play it. I love going through the Trypticon level on Escalation. And I'm looking forward to the new levels in FOC. So I will not say RIP, but Long Live WFC! Viva la Escalacion!

I played WFC day one but didn't buy it until much later when I was able to play multiplayer.

It feels strange coming in so late and having the multiplayer so fresh in my memory after everyone else had played it to death.

    I'll miss Slipstream and Arcee.
