Interesting. I think he looks awesome. I love the gold and chrome lucky draw stuff. I can't afford them, though, that's why I don't have any.

I'm not saying I'm infallible, but I maintain some pretty extensive documentation on special releases, and I have no record of this guy.

Unless someone can pop in and provide some background on him, I'm thinking fake or lunchtime special. Looks nice, though.
