I've been wanting to make a Pathfinder for the longest time, but Xhairs' Cosmos ultimately gave me the idea on how to execute it. Made from a TFTM Longview. The head belonged to a Gundam. I felt it represented an updated version for Pathfinder. No UFO pics yet as I'm still tinkering with the alt mode.

Very cool. Which one was Pathfinder? Was he the gray space ship?

This has possibilities. I'm very interested to see how it turns out.

I think Pathfinder (the UFO) was actually female?

She is a female. Loved the original toy. A brown, silver, red disc shaped ufo. Can't wait to see the finished work.

Yep, Pathfinder is a she. Although I admit that this design I'm going for isn't particularly feminine. Neither was the animation model.

Ptitvite, made a Cosmos out of this mold, in which it has alot of possiblities. I wish I had the link to it...damnit, but at least it gives you an idea where to look.

Are you sure it wasn't Xhairs?

For the record, there was A LOT of Cosmos customs. It would take some research to find out who the originator of the idea was.

    Anyways, back on topic.
I really like this idea. I got a Pathfinder figure over the summer and concede that it's a pretty cool little toy, not bad at all really.

Very nice to see it being updated, it deserves it.

I've only really seen one. Not to say that others weren't made using this mold. I'm just going by what I found in the gallery and what's been posted on the boards.

Ok. I do have Pathfinder. I've always liked that figure.

You are so loving the Gobots aren't you!!! Although I cannot for the life of me remember this character, using Longview for any UFO is always a great choice.

Yes, yes I am. I've always considered myself more of a Transformers fan, but I liked the Gobots as well. Basically, the idea of transforming robots is an automatic win for me.

However, I realize that my Gobot customs are for a niche audience and aren't going to generate as much interest as a combiner or anything else that's TF-related. I'm surprised Pathfinder has even gotten this much attention.

To be honest, Ezilla82 has provided life support to a lot of my threads. But there's more variety with this one. I just wish some of the big guns on Radicons would C&C more often.

I loved Gobots. They were a nice alternative to Transformers.
