No question, Go-Bots would have fared better with a bit of that going for them. Nice! Gotta love that Japanese oldskool rap theme for Machine Robo Battle Hackers! zmog
Machine Robo shows are far cooler than Gobots. But, again, I have to say no one believes ! Many guys are misunderstanding they're same !! MR toys are also good than Gobots ! I've got the US release of Devil Saturn, Monstrous. Great toy all round. The Machine Robo Rescue anime seems pretty good, but it's not a patch on TF in my opinion. It was mostly episodic, focused around the humans of the rescue squad. There was a bit of an ongoing storyline late on, but it doesn't come out much until the end. Also, the monsters of the week generally used one generic design. There was only the one "evil" Machine Robo in that show, the rest were the same generic monsters the whole way though, and a couple of evil clones in the final arc (which admitedly was very cool). Overall, nice CGI, great animation, okay stories with good character development but lousy villains. It's hard to see a villain as a threat when he is the same type as the last few episodes with a slightly different power.
