i'm not a completeist, but there are some TF's I want more than others. Today at Wallmart I saw Cyb Sideways, Cyb Brimstone, Alt Prowl AND Alt Skids!

The only thing I didn't see was any money in my wallet!:banghead:

Please tell me these aren't shortpacked, or hot items. With my luck I'll probably never see them again. ARGH!

I saw two alt tracks at walmart today, too bad they aren't rare anymore :p

I was gonna get him but they put the price of alternators back up to 30 bucks. I liked it when they were 9.99! I would have got one at 10 bucks, but not 30, no way

Get the Prowl quickly, I'm pretty sure everything else will be in subsequent waves.

It's beyond me why people think they deserve to pay a $30 toy $10.

It reminds me of all these dorks in the bike business who really believe they should be sponsored just because they can ride a bicycle. That's not how it works.

I pay what I think is fair.

if they wanna charge 30 bucks, I have no problem leaving the toy on the shelf :)

they were once 10 bucks brand new, so I won't pay more then 10 bucks for one. in a year or two, these will be unwanted and people getting rid of them on ebay for cheap, and if I wait long enough, yard sales for even cheaper

unafraid, don't be so negative. Mike is only hopefully thinking. Though his thinking may be flawed, you can say so in more constructive terms.

Mike, the reason Alts were so damn cheap before was due to WalMart canceleing the line from orders. They had so many Alts sitting around that the company just decided to wipe them all out. Thus the 9.99 price tag. Though with new assortments and revised ordering procedures, they marked them back up to the original retail price. If they go back down, fantastic. But honestly, I don't see it happening.

Although your eBay idea just might pan out.

I've seen tons of all those figures you just mentioned. I already have all the alts, but I may pic up an extra Sunstreaker for a custom I want to do.

Infosaur, if they become rare in the near future, and you still want them, let me know. I'm sure it will take 'til Christmas to clear shelves here again. That's about the only time TFs sell well here. Right now our shelves are flooded with all those you mentioned. Streaker being the least seldom seen, which is usually at least 2 a week. Good luck.
