They've got to work on the kibble (especially Dino neck) in order to get a bot mode in the same size (more or less) as Guttur, with a taller Dino mode.

I really like the clever transformation of Grassor (that avoid the elongated shape) so I think they can find the way.

Take all the time, Giga, all the time, to make the hugest Sludge ever.

I for one wouldn't mind a bot mode somewhat bigger than Guttur. Sauropods were HUGE... I don't mind Sludge towering over the rest of the Dinobots. He is the 'dumb muscle,' after all.

I agree. Fans get cartoon accurate Dinobots with FansToys, I want different sizes for Sludge and Swoop from Giga.

If you want them scaled the way FT is doing them, then buy the FT ones.

    Stop muddying the waters…

Catch 22, sorta. Articulated dino neck usually means it can't telescope so as of now, I can only see using the articulation to make it fit into the curve of the back, or partially on the body. Definitely a conundrum, my current standard is neck kibble, as I want his neck to move.

I think he meant he likes the GP size, but wants them to be around the same height like the animation.

I'm of a similar opinion, I like how GP scales to the rest of the MPs. But I'd also want the team to be roughly a similar size like the cartoon, maybe +/- a head from each other. I trust GP's judgment.

No. This is MP scale, not "the way I want them to scale to each other" scale.

MP =Toon and toy accuracy with cartoon scaling. It's been that since MP-09. BOTH toon and toy had the entire team at the same height.

I don't. If I want size liberties that deviated from the cartoon i would get back into CHUG.

That would be nice, if Takara was making these. They're not…

Love that you say not 'the way I want them to scale' then cry, "I don't," if someone suggests they might not scale 'the way [YOU] want'... classy.

If people want G1 scale for their MP there's FT. If they want something better for their MP, there's Giga.

Yes. I was trying to say that a 'big' (but in the end quite toy accurate) kibble can be used, with some clever engineering, to have both a reasonable bot size (just a bit bigger than Guttur) and a towering Dino. For articulation I don't know what they can do... Better than Stomp is not easy to get... I hope they will surprise us.

As long as they don't pull a GCreations... now THAT is some neck kibble.

I agree that Stomp looks to be a good balance of a solid neck (I imagine some people would flip their shit if Giga went the Columpio route) and articulation. Honestly, I might get Stomp for the CHUG shelf... I need to get around to selling Scoria though, but Soar looks really good with Guttur and is staying. ;)

Well actually FT is more of Movie/season 3 where as Giga is season 1/2 . I think most people went Giga because they prefer the bigger season 1 size to the shrunk down season 3 size.

Open the picture in its own page. The scale is the most accurate IMHO

He meant most of the GP buyers bought GP because they wanted bigger Dinobots.

Well I tried and came close. Not sure why they closed it as spam since it was clearly solicited. No fun.:cry

Anyways, I do think GP is onto something here. Instead of a bunch of bickering and complaining, we all just get to anticipate something in harmony. Not so bad.
