So I was bored and decided to work on this guy finally. He's shaping up and I finished Fireflight today. Just two more limbs to go and I have to paint the gold on Silverbolts arms.

I contacted Reprolabels to see if they could make me an oversized sticker sheet. Hopefully they can.

    How it used to look:

As a lover of all things over and undersized, I'm shocked I didn't know that existed. It looks fantastic so far. I wonder how he'd look next to the oversized bruticus. What type of paint are you using?

I have an oversized Bruticus. I'll take a side by side when I get home later. As far as paint, I'm using Fusion Red and white. Tamiya silver, orange, and black. Model Master Gold.

    Thanks for the comments!

I'd probably try that on a normal size KO first. But for this guy it's just gonna be a repaint.

Always liked the G1 cartoon head and I haven't seen any kitbashes that used it. That would be sweet.

Ok, here's comparison shots with oversized Superion and Bruticus. Their pretty even but Brut is just way more buffer. At least he has someone to look in the eye now :)

So Reprolabels got back to me. They said they can do it but would have to know the percentage of the increase. So what do you guys think? I have no idea. Would a 30% increase work you think?

30-40% sounds about right to me. Easiest way to figure it up would be take a normal Superion, measure it's height and do the same to oversized Superion. Then you can get an exact number.

    Awesome work btw.

    Im gonna steal your Bruticus.

First thing, break out a regular superion and compare them. Sometimes these KO makers make slight changes to the molds, so make sure that there are no huge differences. Then, don't just measure the hight, measure a collection of heights and widths to be sure before deciding on a percentage. My guess is about 145%.

And you'll never know how much I want to steal your bruticus. I still can't find swindle and vortex.
