I'm going to buy 2 sets of both without hesitation. If I'm forced to get only 1, then I would go with Hercules. Either pick is a winning choice in any case, however.

 

when i first saw that custom, i was in love, it was perfect!...but now, with these two new ones coming out, i realize how off the proportions of it are...it seems too lanky now IMO

 

hahahaha its funny that you mention lanky. i like my combiners bulky looking as well.

i'll have all three. i'm pretty sure the one that looks perfect G1 dev is still the ptitvite one but constructicons isn't as desirable. i'm getting herc, although proportions are off in the legs and waist, they are perfect constructions and although a tiny combiner the bulky proportions of giant is quite enticing.

i wish another company would come out with a dev get everything right.

 

That's my exact plan. So long as the "hopefully" inevitable Green Giant repaint comes out. And no, I'm not talking about vegetables either

 

if i get Giant (still not sure about him) along with my Herc, they will be displayed like this... 

 

I do wish I had the funds to do this. You know why? Because when all is said and done you will be able to sell your extra sets and you will end up with a free Giant and Hercules due to the price hike once they reach aftermarket.

 

"Right" is a matter of opinion, though.

In my opinion, I see nothing "wrong" with Hercules.

There are plenty of people here who see nothing "wrong" with Giant.

There's no such thing as "right."
