    This is an updated version of the Tigerforce Outback figure. It was a commission for a friend in the UK.
    He is Made from:
    25th Joe Trooper head
    ROC Hawks body, arms, and upper legs
    ROC Snake Eyes hands
    ROC Fireflys lower legs, feet IIRC

    The head was modded to have a bandanna and a full beard.

    And no he is NOT Willie Nelson after joining the IRA.
