    No way.

EDIT - Also, going into production by fall just means they could start working on designs, wardrobe, effects, casting etc by then, not necessarily/likely filming.

Give us the game and then just let the franchise go. Don't piss on its corpse with another installment.

If they do something like Extreme Ghostbuster, it might be worth watching. Most of them are a bit too old for this "game" LOL!

I just can't see a third movie being good. The game is the third movie and the guys at Atari have said that there are some things in the current game that hint at a sequel, and I almost want to say keep them as games (played the demo, it's going to be an amazing experience)

As stated, most of the guys look WAY too old to be running around in the year 2009... Ernie Hudson doesn't appear to age. Also, the script isn't being done by either Raimis or Aykroyd, just reviewed by them. I dunno, I love the movies and the cartoons, but I have little faith in this.

    I'm with ya Alpha.

Apparently there's recent radio audio of Dan confirming the new movie will be a passing of the torch movie. If there were to be a new movie, this is how it should be done.

All of them, sans Murray, are very over weight. They should be calling it Fat Busters. Is there a leaked script anywhere or any details on the storyline?

Taking the Extreme Ghostbusters route with this film would be a nice move, imo.

They need to make a great 3rd movie to make up for GB2. Not that GB2 was terrible, it was just lacking something. Plus imagine all the effects they can do now that weren't possible 20 years ago.
